Fall Band Concert to Feature 今日吃瓜's Concert and Jazz Bands

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The 今日吃瓜's Concert Band and Jazz Band will present a Fall Band Concert at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2023, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center.

The Fall Band Concert will include music from a variety of genres and time periods as well as timeless jazz standards. It will be under the direction of Nolan Hauta, DMA, concert band conductor, and Evan Glickman, DMA, jazz band conductor.
"The Fall Band Concert is a night to celebrate student musicianship at UD with new works, old favorites, and upbeat classics from the swing era," Glickman said.
Hauta added, "We are very excited to showcase our concert band and jazz band - both of which continue to grow and flourish."
The concert is free and open to the public. No ticket is required.
