Jeremy David Tarrant, Organist - John and Alice Butler Pipe Organ Recital Series
Organist Jeremy David Tarrant, MM, will perform at the sixth annual John and Alice Butler Pipe Organ Recital Series at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 25, 2027, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center. The performance is part of the 14th annual Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series.
Tarrant is increasingly recognized for performances hailed as elegant, compelling, warm, communicative, and powerfully artistic. Since 2000, he has served as organist and choirmaster of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Detroit, Michigan. He became canon precentor in 2007. Tarrant is the founding director of the Cathedral Choir School of Metropolitan Detroit. An active concert organist, he has performed widely in North America and France.
